Our Returns Policy is for candles purchased on the website only. We will only refund or exchange unused candles if they are returned to us in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
If you return candles for reasons other than defects, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item. Please make sure that the package is wrapped and boxed securely, and we recommend that you get a 'certificate of postage' when posting, as we cannot accept liability for lost goods.
